Our company is led by Robert W. Myles Jr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer, whose 32-year Army career began as an Infantry Officer and advanced through key acquisition and contracting leadership roles. His experience spans program management, acquisition strategy, and large-scale operational execution in complex environments.
As a Lieutenant Colonel, Mr. Myles was selected as the first Army board-selected Product Manager for Soldier Survivability (Body Armor) within PEO Soldier during Operation Enduring Freedom. In that role, he led requirements development, product selection, testing, procurement, and fielding of life-saving body armor to more than 500,000 men and women serving in Afghanistan.
He later served as a Contracting Commander in Afghanistan, overseeing mission-critical contracts and programs valued at more than $1 billion in support of military personnel, civilians, and contractors across the theater. His leadership ensured continuity of operations and mission success in one of the most demanding environments.
Today, he leads Myles Consulting Group with a focus on disciplined execution, strategic growth, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned to client needs across federal and commercial sectors.
Mr. Myles graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University. He also holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University.
His honors include the Presidential Citation awarded by the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO), the Bronze Star Medal, and induction into the Bowie State University ROTC Hall of Fame.
